If you’re watching your weight in summer, shouldn’t you give your favourite cold treat a miss? But who says it always means high fat or sugar content? We help you out with our RINGANA PACK d-etary ice lolly recipe – because the carefully selected active ingredients in our PACK d not only activate fat burning but also regulate blood sugar levels, helping to prevent sudden hunger cravings 🙂
All you need are the following ingredients:
- 1 sachet RINGANA PACK d-etary and the handy Shaker
- 250 ml water
- 2 organic lemons
- 1 kiwi fruit (or any other fruit of your choice)
- ice lolly moulds
To prepare, simply put the PACK d into the shaker with the water and shake well, and then mix with the squeezed lemon juice. Slice the kiwi fruit and place it however you like on the edge of the ice lolly moulds. Then pour in the liquid and pop the moulds into the freezer compartment.
A little tip: It’s best to prepare your ice lollies the evening before so they’ll definitely be well frozen by lunchtime the next day – and there’s nothing to stop you enjoying a refreshing cooler!
