Effective and ultra tasty

Ingredients:

  • 2 HANDFULS spinach
  • 1 / 2 TSP RINGANA matcha tea
  • 1 / 2 SACHET RINGANA
    SPORT boost
  • 125 ML almond milk
  • 2 FROZEN bananas
  • 1 / 2 FROZEN mango

Our Smoothie Bowl tastes like banana and mango ice
cream and, thanks to RINGANA SPORT boost and
RINGANA matcha tea, it delivers valuable energy – making
it ideal for loading up on carbs before lengthy training or
competitions. And it’s so easy to make: just mix all the
ingredients in a blender, pour into a bowl, and enjoy with
a topping of fruit and grated coconut.
